We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Dance Instructor to join our team as a Content Creator. This position involves creating engaging and high-quality dance video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dance styles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with our audience through engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create engaging dance video content, including dance tutorials, choreographed routines, and dance fitness sessions.
• Serve as the on-camera personality for dance videos, providing clear and motivational instruction.
• Design structured dance programs tailored to different skill levels and styles, ensuring variety and progression.
• Work closely with the Naija Nation production team to plan, record, and produce high-quality dance videos.
• Engage with the audience by creating interactive and motivational content, responding to comments and questions, and encouraging participation.
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and explanations of dance techniques to ensure viewers can easily follow and benefit from the content.

Qualifications:

• Experienced dance instructor with proficiency in various dance styles (e.g., African dance, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of dance techniques and fitness principles.
• Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and motivational content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience in creating online dance content or virtual dance classes.
