We're seeking an experienced and passionate Dialect Coach to join our team as a Content Creator. This position involves creating engaging and high-quality virtual lessons for teaching various Nigerian languages, including Igbo and Yoruba. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in linguistics and language instruction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with our audience through engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create engaging virtual lessons for teaching Nigerian languages, including Igbo, Yoruba, and potentially other dialects.
• Serve as the on-camera personality for language instruction videos, providing clear and motivational instruction.
• Design structured language programs tailored to different skill levels, ensuring a comprehensive and progressive learning experience.
• Work closely with the Naija Nation production team to plan, record, and produce high-quality language instruction videos.
• Engage with the audience by creating interactive and motivational content, responding to comments and questions, and encouraging participation.
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and explanations of language concepts to ensure viewers can easily follow and benefit from the content.

Qualifications:

• Experienced language instructor with proficiency in Igbo, Yoruba, and potentially other Nigerian languages.
• Strong knowledge of language teaching methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and motivational content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating online language content or virtual language classes.
• Knowledge of cultural aspects related to Nigerian languages.
• Ability to create content for diverse language skill levels and learning styles.
