We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Partnerships Specialist to establish and maintain strategic partnerships and secure sponsorships that align with our mission and goals. This position requires excellent networking skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and sponsorships simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our network and creating valuable collaborations that enhance our brand and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential partners and sponsors that align with Naija Nation’s mission and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners and sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Negotiate and formalize partnership and sponsorship agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations.
• Plan and execute joint initiatives and campaigns with partners and sponsors, maximizing the benefits of each collaboration.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships and sponsorships, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and impact.
• Collaborate with partners and sponsors to support events, including co-hosting, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Contribute to the development of partnership and sponsorship strategies that align with organizational goals and drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in partnership management, sponsorship acquisition, business development, or a related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and partnership management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with event planning and coordination.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and strategic partnerships.
