We're seeking a skilled Website Administrator Specialist to manage and maintain our multiple website platforms. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure our websites are functioning optimally and are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly update and maintain Naija Nation’s multiple websites to ensure they are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
• Upload, update, and manage website content, including text, images, videos, etc.
• Monitor website performance, including page load speed, uptime, and overall user experience, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect websites from cyber threats and data breaches.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, server performance, and user accessibility.
• Ensure websites are optimized for search engines by implementing best practices for SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and content optimization.
• Regularly back up website data and manage restoration processes when necessary.
• Use tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and provide regular reports to the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Website Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with database management and web hosting services.
• Strong understanding of website security protocols and best practices.
